Meet The Team

Patrick is a Vermont-based contractor and property management professional with more than 30 years of experience in commercial construction, building operations, and real estate management. Throughout his career, he has overseen projects ranging from hotel renovations to the construction of assisted living facilities, developing a deep understanding of what it takes to maintain, improve, and protect real estate assets.

Prior to helping establish S'no Problem Property Management, Patrick owned and operated a successful residential property management business, Willowtree Property Management and construction company, Willowtree Builders, giving him firsthand experience managing properties from both the ownership and operational perspectives. His expertise spans all aspects of facility management, including HVAC systems, infrastructure maintenance, and public community water systems.

Patrick's passion for skiing and mountain living brought him to Vermont more than 15 years ago. He now proudly calls Vermont home, where he lives with his wife and daughter and remains committed to serving property owners and communities throughout the region with professionalism, integrity, and hands-on expertise.
