Meet The Team

Lauren serves as Director of Operations and Compliance, bringing a strong combination of legal training, operational leadership, and property management experience to the team.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies in Business from Hofstra University in 2019. During her undergraduate studies, Lauren volunteered as an Emergency Medical Technician with the East Norwich Volunteer Fire Company, reflecting her early commitment to public service and community involvement.

While attending Touro Law Center, Lauren began gaining hands-on experience in property management and operations through her work with Worth Management. After earning her Juris Doctor in 2022, she expanded her legal expertise at a well-established law firm, where she focused on employment law, personal injury, and civil rights matters.

Lauren became a licensed attorney in 2024 and brought her combined legal and operational experience back to Worth Management, where she now oversees day-to-day operations, office management, and compliance. In her role, she helps ensure that company practices remain efficient, well-structured, and aligned with applicable legal standards, supporting both internal operations and client services.

Her background in law and property management allows her to bridge operational execution with legal precision, helping strengthen the foundation of SnoProblems growing Vermont operations.
