Meet The Team

Lynn brings over 35 years of experience in real estate and property management to our team. Her career began working alongside her father, who founded Worth Real Estate in 1962, where she developed a strong foundation in property management, client service, and real estate operations.

Today, Lynn continues to own and operate a successful real estate brokerage and property management company in New York and Florida, where she oversees residential, commercial, and community properties. The knowledge, systems, and hands-on experience she has developed over decades in the industry have helped shape the high standards and personalized approach that define SnoProblem.

Before entering the real estate field, Lynn earned a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a Master of Science in Deaf Education from Adelphi University. She also helped develop the Auditory Training Program at the School for Language and Communication Development, a program that remains in use today.

Lynn's dedication to service extends beyond her professional career. She has been actively involved with numerous charitable and community organizations throughout the years, bringing the same commitment, compassion, and integrity to her volunteer work as she does to her clients. Her leadership, industry expertise, and people-first approach continue to be a driving force behind our mission to provide exceptional property management services.
